- You hereby give your consent to MH Consulting s.r.o., with its registered office at Praha 10 - Záběhlice, Narcisová 2850/2, postal code 106 00, registration No.: 27132412, incorporated in the "Controller" to process the following data within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, and of the related EU regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data Protection Act"): degrees, gender, first name and surname, name of the company, expertise and main areas of interest, email address, telephone number, contact and invoicing address.
- First name and surname, degrees, gender, name of the company, expertise and main areas of interest, email address, telephone number, contact and invoicing address will be processed by the Controller for the purpose of concluding the contract, handling orders, delivering services or goods, communicating with the client, preparing statistics and print or publication materials, outputs for professional companies, sending information about and invitations to events held or technically arranged by the Controller. These data will be processed by the Controller for the period of 2 years.
- You give your express consent to the aforementioned processing. The consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email message or letter to the contact details of the company: Praha 10 - Záběhlice, Narcisová 2850/2, postal code 106 00, or by email to the Controller’s staff.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but the following processors may also process personal data for the Controller:
- server administrator, company,
- possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications which, however, are not currently used by the company.
- Please not that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right:
- to withdraw your consent at any time,
- to request information from us about which of your personal data we process,
- to ask us for an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
- to request access to these data and to have them updated or rectified,
- to request that we erase these personal data,
- in case of doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, to contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
